Thanks to the reduced amount of lactose and the increased digestibility, goat milk is also very well suited for the production of yoghurt. The yoghurt shop exclusively uses the milk of the goats bred on the farm, which is transformed into various types of yoghurt.
The dedicated area has been designed for a production of 30 liters per cycle thanks to an automatic fermentation process equipped with an inverter. The equipment of the area includes a blast chiller, which improves the durability of the product and preserves its freshness, and a refrigerator cabinet at a temperature of +4°C for the preservation of the product. Finally, the yoghurt is packaged in labeled glass jars.
